BJ Baskin
BJ Baskin has been “Opening Doors in the Shoals” since January of 2001. BJ relocated to the Shoals area in January, 1999. Before coming to the Shoals, BJ lived in Princeton, NJ; Boston, MA; Akron, Ohio; Mackinac Island, MI; Richmond, VA and Greenville, SC.

An Associate Broker/Realtor, BJ has done further education in the real estate field and has earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. She has also earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designations. Most recently she was awarded the “At Home with Diversity” Certificate from the National Association of Realtors.

BJ graduated from Wheaton College outside the Chicago area and worked in financial advertising and marketing for a Boston Bank. She is married to Dr. Larry Baskin, an Evangelical Presbyterian minister. They have four sons, Roger, Drew, Billy and Daniel.

Robin Smith Bowers
Robin is a native of Lauderdale County having been born and raised in Florence, Alabama. She is a graduate of Coffee High School and attended the University of North Alabama.

Robin has returned home to “her roots” after residing 30 plus years in Houston, Texas; San Jose, California; and Reno, Nevada. She has enjoyed reconnecting with family and long time friends since her return. She looks forward with excitement and anticipation in cultivating new friends and relationships with the wonderful people of the Shoals area.

Robin has over ten years’ experience selling Real Estate. Her background in sales, management and consulting work has proven to be an asset to her performance as a Realtor. She has earned designations as an ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Robin intends to combine her foundation of being a native of the Shoals with her unique experience in selling Real Estate “out” West. Her goal is to provide supreme service with a fresh perspective to successfully close transactions that will result in happy, satisfied clients!
